Environmental Sustainability Through Love
book
At
McLaren Park, passers-by will receive a green rubber stamp inked
onto anything they choose: scrap paper, notebooks, arms, legs. The
stamped message includes a link to access the project online.
This
project was created in collaboration with artist Melissa Chevalier,
who interviewed Lori Gordon, conceptual artist, and her husband
Max Auffhammer -- an environmental economist, teaching at UC Berkeley.
It is a discussion about the intersection between their work, their
dynamic collaboration in marriage as it relates to environmental
sustainability through ideas about environmental concerns, art and
love. Anyone interested, is invited to go online to read, download
and print the interview at their leisure.
