There’ll be No turkey on my Thanksgiving plate
We begin with salmon rillettes (Thomas Keller’s recipe), followed by the entree plate: mushroom stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, maple glazed brussel sprouts, sweet potato fries and a cranberry reduction. For dessert an apple pumpkin pie and soft ginger cookies.
None of this will be made by me. The hors d’œuvre and entree are made by husband Max and my best friend’s husband Erik. The deserts are made by two of my favorite ladies in the world, Melissa and Ashley.
Ben, Noah and I are very appreciative eaters.
